August 25th It is proposed that Wiltshire Fire Cadets will meet Cadets from Norfolk Fire Brigade area who are on Salisbury Plain for a summer holiday.
   
July 19th Cricklade cadet unit will cease activities until the 6th September 2006 whilst everyone has a well deserved holiday. The unit will reopen at 19:00 hrs .
   
July 19th The Chief Officer attended a Bar-B-Que at Cricklade to make the end of another successful year for the cadets.
   
July 8th Cricklade and Ludgershall cadets combined to attend a survival day at the Army Cadet Camp on Salisbury Plain. The day was very good and many cadets have asked for another similar day.
   
March 2006 Eight cadets were presented with an emergency first aid certificates after attending a course. These awards will assist them when they come to apply for jobs in the future no matter what trade the go into.
   
July 2006 The cadet units at both venues will combine to have a survival day on Salisbury plain. The day is arranged through an Army Cadet officer and aims to give the youngsters a taste of basic survival.
   
December 2005 Cadets were presented with award certificates in recognition of their commitment to the cadet unit at Cricklade. Several cadets were awarded 5 year attendance certificates, five 4 year certificates and another for best attendance and most improved cadet.
