Register of Enforcement and Prohibition Notices
In accordance with the
“Environment and Safety Information Act 1988”, Wiltshire Fire
and Rescue Service, (The Authority), is required to produce a register of all the ‘relevant notices’
that it has issued within the county.
This register is accessible to the public and free of charge. It also complies with the
‘Data Protection Act 1998’
and the
‘Freedom of Information Act 2000’.
If further more specific information is required on any issued notice then a formal request
must be made to the
Authority and this may incur a small charge.
Information on any issued notices will be displayed for a minimum of Three (3) years even if the
notice is ‘Spent’.
